Worth the Investment
I purchased this machine about six months ago. I have four small pomeranians who are house dogs and are inside while I am at work. I put down pee-pads for them while I am away at work, so you can imagine, I really wanted an air purifier to keep any odors out of the air. I am very happy with this unit's performance.

It is heavy but can be wheeled from room to room on its casters.

It is not the quietest machine - however, for those of you who sleep with fans on or white-noise machines, you can throw those out as this until will replace them and put you to sleep in their place. It does put out a LOT of air volume on high - again if you sleep with a fan on for air flow and want this in your bedroom, you can dispense with it and save on your electric bill by not running both machines.

I have not had to replace the filter yet - which carries a hefty cost - but I consider it an investment in health and quality-of-life so to me it is worth the cost...
