The upshot is that the Kaz / Honeywell HFD-120-F filter will also fit this model. I discovered this by calling Kaz 1-800 number; their Customer Order Support was top-rate. The old filters were used in a unit that saw heavy use (I am a smoker). The brownish discoloration of the filters was not removed after soaking in dishwashing detergent (manufacturer recommended method). In addition I also tried the following procedures to restore the original appearance of the filters: - Simple Green cleaner sprayed full strength, followed by soak in dishwashing...

Very Nice Purifier! Love this unit! My only wish is that it would be a bit easier to clean. Would recommend.
