I installed and used the 2nd one but while changing it the filter started to fall apart at the seems. I noticed that there is very little glue on the cardboard. Upon further inspection I noticed the media was glued to the cardboard where the seems are suppose to be glued. I have the stored on a dry shelf inside my house where the temperature is the same. They are also layed flat on the shelf. I pulled filter #3 and noticed some of the seems could be coming apart. I put tape on it to hold it together and installed it. I will keep a watchful eye on it. I like the fact that these are made in USA but what good is it if the quality control is poor I change the filter every 10 days because I have dogs and I live in a very dusty area. The...
