A bit pricey but seem high quality A little pricey for my needs so I don't know what drove me to buy it but it works very well. I use it for a an air filter in my computer room. I don't like cleaning computers and normal air purifiers are expensive (and I've had 2 break). So I duct taped one of these to a box fan and it works like a charm. Since it's on 24/7 unlike a central ac unit that is on intermittently, the life is reduced. They seem to average about a month. Truthfully I need some worse air filters. Since the filter is so fine, the fan doesn't move that much air any more. But I can see a difference when the sun shines through the room. No more dust bunnies afloat.
