I love the air filter and after a couple months of usage and vacuming the first part of the outer filter on my original filter I decided to buy a replacement since the inside was black. Filter Goes With A GREAT Air Purifier I bought this replacement filter earlier than I need it just to be sure I'm ready. The Germguardian 3-1in-1 Air Purifier is FANTASTIC. It's recommended especially for asthmatics (which I am) but would benefit anyone. It's tall (about the height of a computer tower) but compact and very sleek in the design. It has a UV light that kills pathogenic germs and the filter is a three in one and of course HEPA. I run mine non-stop in my room and it WORKS. The filter takes care of any allergens that are in the air (I live on a farm so there are plenty) and leaves my room "safe" for my asthma. When I have bad asthma attacks and I'm stuck in my room with my 'clean' air, I feel at least a little relief from knowing that this filter is working for me, and it does truly make it much easier to breathe in here. I HIGHLY recommend the air purifier that this filter goes with, ESPECIALLY for asthmatics. It's only $35 and trust me, you will never regret spending that on the GermGuardian.
