My house is very, very, dusty so about 18 months ago I purchased a Whispure 510 Air Purifier; the air purifier really helps to keep the dust down. I love the air filter, however, the consumables, especially the replacement HEPA filters are really expensive. In doing price comparison research, I stumbled across the Crucial Air replacement filters. I decided to take a chance, and so far so good. When the product arrived, the HEPA filter is protected by its own plastic bag, inside a cardboard box. The carbon filters are shipped folded inside a protective plastic sheath. The entire set is shipped in a large flexible plastic bag. My cardboard box had a hole poked in it, and I was worried the HEPA filter was damaged, however, everything was fine; there was no damage to the expensive HEPA filter. good fit, great price I have both the 450 and 510 Whirlpool air purifiers and both the carbon pre-filters and Hepa filters fit quite well and seem to be of the same quality construction as the OEM filters and much better price. Will purchase again. 4 stars because shipping was slower than I thought it should be,
