Seems like it could be washable (i.e not a paper filter), though I would probably just replace it than wash it. The baking soda odor absorber is a sachet glued to the underside of the filter. Not terribly crazy that it blocks a substantial portion of the filter media, but I'm unsure how else they could have incorporated the baking soda. Does not include a new foam prefilter.
