I ordered this air ourifier for my granddaughter, I had it shipped 2nd day. The outer box was to big for the air purifer box which slid around. The tape on the purifier box had been opened. It was easy to take out. When I plugged the item in there was nothing, no lights, no display, no noise. Amazon will allow you to return it, replacement are not an option for this item. Homeimage requires that you send a check for $19.99 with the item and they have the option of repair or replace. I do not think the customer who bought your product should be charged a handling fee for your defective item. This is the first time I have ever had this problem with anything I have purchased from Amazon.
