Got it from warehouse and it was new but crushed in on one side. The listing said "like new" so yes they were correct. They just forgot to mention the damage. I was able to reshape and patch it enough to get it to fit into the filter space and I do think it will work. It's just not what I would call "like new" condition. If the filter was undamaged it is an excellent product especially considering I can seem to find this size in the local stores.

I like these Filters They're expensive but I don't have to replace them that often. I can't really say if its any better than the other filters I've used in the past as I didn't do dust studies and don't live in a controlled environment. I trust that its actually a MERV 11 filter, so it should be removing lots of nasty stuff from the air I would otherwise breathe in. My heat pump hasn't shut down or strained so the filter is still allowing air to get through. So this gets 5 stars for working, and only needing to be replaced yearly, although with 4 dogs it should probably be replaced more often.
