I kept in plugged in for a few hours then tested it on my phone and it did charge it about half way before I unplugged my phone. It comes in a nice box with the spare USB cords. Below is the review I wrote earlier: It works well, color is beautiful, the product felt nice when holding it in hand. It started producing ion air after 5 min charging it. Things can be improved: The cap is too difficult to take off. The indicator of how much is charged can be better. Right now it blinks but do not really show how much has been charging. Also, there is no indicator when is ion and when becomes power bank. And, it needs charge 4-5 hours to be full is long. I can hear the noise the ion machine made. It is quiet enough but this part can be improved. The USB cable is super short.
