Very quiet! I've had this about two weeks and love it! My husband set it up and turned it on medium. It was so quiet, I didn't realize it was on and went over to turn it on (thinking he had forgotten). On high it's a little louder (probably too loud for TV), but not bothersome. On med and low, though, it really is barely noticeable. We have it in our living room and on med, nobody even notices it. We have a smaller Honeywell in our bedroom that it is much noisier.
