There are a couple of issues here: (a) the renters will not clean the filter, and (b) the filters tend to be pulled inward by the force of the suction when the central unit kicks on. There needs to be some sort of edging to stiffen the filter to prevent allowing air to get past rather than through the filter. Otherwise, the economy of the roll of filter makes sense and it is a good product.

Nice Filter. This filter is very good for what i use it for, i have a over sized filter in my lawn pond and this filter last a long time in water and when it gets cloged all you do it take it out and clean it off with a water hose it last over one year in water.
