As an avid cigar smoker, getting a product that would work powerfully was a must. Amazon and it's reviewers made the Green Air easy to find, but I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to pay so much for an air purifier. I finally did, and was wonderfully satisfied with the machine's performance! But there's plenty of reviews about that. What I want to write about is the product support. I bought my Green Air in October of 2012, and it worked fine through March, when it suddenly failed, flashing an error code on the LED screen. I replaced the plate, replaced the filter screen at the back, and still had the error code. In desperation, I wrote to JB Innovative directly through their web site. I expected a slow response, if any, and I expected that, unless my problem was a simple one, I would get a dismissive response and be forced to buy a new unit. Wrong on all counts. Even though my e-mail to them was after normal US business hours, I got a response back the same day... |
