The room closest to this window is our bedroom, which has always been in need of daily attention to the layer of dust that blew in. I saw the roll of PollenTec Clean Air Window Screen discussed elsewhere and ordered it from Amazon.com. We opted to have a new screen made for this window rather than retrofit the crumbling old one. Popped that screen into the window and immediately noticed that it was slightly darker in the room. Slightly. After a few days I don't notice it anymore. There is still a breeze blowing in, bringing the fresh air to the odd back part of our very old house.
