So, I took it to be just a humidifier and I am ok with that. I twisted the top head off and added water into the tank. I plugged the unit up and turned it on. The humidifier works great. I love the interchangeable colors because they are beautiful. The humidifier blows mist out and brings moisture into the room. I have sinuses so I can definitely appreciate this humidifier because it cleans the air of particles like dust which I am allergic too. The unit is very quiet so you can use it anywhere. It is very stylish and has an automatic shut off after running for 2 hours. I like having it in my living room by the fire place. I was able to get a complimentary Gogogu Humidifier in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
