This does an excellent job of cleaning the air. I have 3 large dogs, and sometimes all 3 are sleeping in my room. You would never know! There is no pet odor at all! I no longer wake with a sore throat. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it makes a loud rattling noise when turned on high.
