This unit takes care of the odors quickly and easily and is very, very quiet. It makes the air smell so fresh. It uses about 34 watts max. so it is fairly inexpensive. The rec room in the basement is now much more user friendly. The grids are easily removable for cleaning too but I have yet to find them dirty after weeks of use. It works better than advertised. I had an Alpine for years and finally had to replace it. This one seems to output more O3 than my other one did. It works beautifully on odors and in general for daily use. I didn't want one with the HEPA filter or anything else, just an ionizer and this fits the bill perfectly.
