I will say, as long as you are using the former blower wheel, keep that shaft lock washer intact. I had to spray some WD-40 on it and nudge it gently off the wheel with some needle nose pliers to detach the old motor and then resprayed and gently nudged back on when attaching the new motor. Once I attached the whole assembly back in, the motor worked, but was struggling a bit, as the old motor had been before it died. I realized, the tubing to the vent outside was clogged with some dust and what must have been powder that people used after taking a shower that, after a decade of use or so, was clogging the airway.
