I bought this for my eight year olds room. He loves the light! Wish I loved it. The light is not the issue, as it has different settings. The issue I am having is that the motor is louder than any of the other 3 diffusers I have in my home. I purposely sought one out with a light night feature since my other 3 diffusers don't have one. When in intermittent mode, you can hear the motor start and stop, so every 10 seconds! Too annoying for him to fall asleep to. I really wanted to like this unit, and thought he would get used to it, but after 3 nights, no. So, looking for another option. This unit is ok when in continuous mode, but again louder than the other diffusers I have.
