Small shed with mouse mess funk, 30 minutes. Damp garage...20 minutes, wait an hour. This is very powerful. I would recommend a fan turned up high across the room to speed up the clearance time, though. That also increases the cleaning effect. The ozone scent seems to linger past the 40 minutes claimed otherwise. Really freshens things. Rooms smell like new carpet residuals (but not in a solvent-y way). Addl: Other family members say it takes a few hours for the ozone-related smells to go. If you blast, give it plenty of time to dissipate. Awesome unit!
