(Updated!) I know how helpful it is to see reviews on rarely reviewed items so I thought I would post one here. My wife borrowed a friends grain mill and we have decided to buy one of our own. We wanted to replace the filter in the borrowed mill so it was new when we returned it to the owner. We ordered this product online sold by 9g health foods. The product came to our mailbox with a tear in the very center of the filter. It seems fine other than that. I filled out the form on Amazon to return the item and I'll wait to see if they will exchange it for me. I don't want a refund, just a replacement. I'll gladly update my feedback depending on the outcome. I know it is not an expensive item and if I could find the material I could probably make a thousand of these for $10 (exaggeration I know) it is just frustrating since the packaging was in great shape the item had to have been placed in the envelope with the tear.
