Knowing that it's a brand name, I also looked it up on the Oreck site to see what the product is all about. After ordering it, I can say that this product is absolutely terrific . Right out of the box I plugged it in ( after briefly reading the instructions) and it has been flawless ever since.And Quiet Mode is so quiet you absolutely don't hear a thing.My motto has always been that it pays to do research.
