This filter can be used instead of the Honeywell type C filters for the KAZ HHT-011 tabletop filter to get true HEPA filtration. One does need to permanently modify the filtration unit by slightly trimming the thickness of several of the plastic retaining hooks with an exacto knife or equivalent as the filter's rubber gasket is made too thick to fit. I do suggest using the foam pre-filter and vacuuming it clean as needed. Seems to be fine under moderately dusty conditions for about 6 months (7 days/wk 8 hrs daily). Make sure you get the true HEPA filters which will "HEPA" embossed on the filter and not some rip-off "near HEPA" filter or you are back to square one but at a higher price.
