It was quite a struggle to get the one filter inside the other---we have an older model machine and previous times we've replaced these, the CPZ just slid in, with extra room to spare. I eventually, with gently jiggling the filter and then just pushing it, got it to work. Once it was set, all looked fine with the set up and the machine is filtering beautifully. Would have given a higher score other than this issue.
