I like the size and the handle which makes it easy ... It works as what the package insert says. I like the size and the handle which makes it easy to carry to where I would like to use it-of course, not near the sink, etc- as stated in the insert. The steam is warm not hot-supposed not to use HOT steam for facials. The water container just holds enough water to give 5 to 10 minutes steam. I do about 5 mins. I wish it has a longer cord, the cord is too short. Otherwise, it is a good facial steamer. I have used it 2x, so far so good. Enjoy!
