Magic... These are seriously awesome. I've been having issues lately with smells in the freezer. I am arthritic so I tend to chop veggies ahead of time, that cuts down on the prep times /pains when i'm actually cooking. The last couple batches of onions/garlic have taken over my freezer and had foods, ice, etc smelling and even tasting of onion & garlic. I'm keeping one of these in the freezer now and everything is as it should be and there's no more onion fragrance wafting out. Since they are also good with moisture, I've got a couple in my smaller bathroom that has no ventilation and it is feeling fresher in there. The steam/smells from the shower are not lingering as long and the air is less thick. I highly recommend these - I'll probably grab another set. | Allergens was my reasoning, multi-purpose, NO masking or smelly over-tones... ELIMINATE & purify, no-odor was a bonus Useful for any space you need the power of real carbon filtration. These are great for the car, the refrigerator, even has the power to eliminate strong aromas;such as the gym bag or a small space (eg. dirty clothes hamper, works great for a allergy-laden family, literally no smell). Regardless of how many things this is a great solution for, these porous active-carbon charcoal 50g bags will be large improvment from baking soda or any temporary mask. Carbon filters are used as the best odor/allergen filters available, they are re-activated easily; meanwhile, a HEPA filter will run you >$100 for how much you get from these. There's always a mask that'll work for a bit and if you want a deal, a great concept from a scientific standpoint which has been proven (most air purifiers use one thin sheet of a carbon filter) to work. Small company, great product with a lot of thought and ingenuity, I can't imagine they can keep this product at this price for long... I had a feeling a new... |
