Good Wein Products costumer service... This product supersedes expectations, it works better than you may think, specially for pollen allergies (indoors only, outdoors could work but is questionable), it also helps preventing catching the flu or some other respiratory virus from others in an enclosed environment such as an airplane.... If you have severe allergies, it will greatly minimize them when used indoors... of course if you have been outdoors for awhile and then go indoors all of the pollen will be already in your nose and the help of this product will be reduced... After having it for two years (I got an extra one) mine started to become brittle with any kind of drop, I called wein and they replaced it for a new one for free... Not sure if they'll do this all of the time, but that was really helpful as their warranty is only good for two months... |
