I didn't give it the fifth star because there is no element support on the front, so when you spray it the element tends to lose its louvered shape a little. But the first time you turn the Air Filtration System back on, it sucks the element back into shape, and besides it doesn't reduce the filtering capacity. And before running out to buy furnace filters, compare the micron filteration of the two. If you get a cheapo furnace filter you're just reducing the effectiveness of the Air Filtration System.
