I buy parts from them at times. Volarra can redo one of their old machines for about $300 with a new warranty... So, it's a great way to get the latest tech in an old machine if it's not working. BTW- The ONLY machines that I've had to work on were NOT kept clean and maintained. UV lights should last about 4-5 years if left on continuously. The TIO2 plate life, no idea, they switched from that fast, and the PHI/PCO cell(UV Light last about 4-5) lasts 3 years to 5. I've seen Ozone plates last... |

I was told that the model number did not exist and the serial number was several digits longer than any units they sold.and that fake serial numbers had been placed on the machine . This whole process has disgusted me ! I thought amazon was the number one trusted website ? Because of the fraud I had to contact the local authorities .my security was at risk and my identity as well .the seller had all of my information including address ,phone number,email and account information and continued with harassing phone calls for weeks to follow after filing a complaint with amazon .
