Works--but what a lot of money!
Works well, and the air filter mechanism itself is great, but come on? $90? That's more than the most expensive furnace filters, which cover about four times the surface area.

Replacement filters for the Finn air purifier. Filter pack includes 3 carbon pre-filters and one v-HEPA air filter. 1st Filter replacement in less than a year.
These pre-filters are suppose to last up to 2 years. My first lasted less than a year. They suggest you check the filter every 1-2 months and clean when needed. I now plan to check and clean the pre-filter weekly.

The new "carbon" pre-filters appear to be not as thick as the ones that came with the air cleaner. The carbon filters are also messy with lots of carbon debris falling when you handle them.

Other than that, the Oransi Finn works great!
