He said he could install it but when I told him I would do it he offered to pieces of advice I think are worth passing on: 1) if your drip pan under the coil is plastic, which mine is, you must cover it with come kind of foil to protect it from the UV light. He said aluminum foil from the kitchen and that metal AC ducting tape would be fine. He said the Purifier will break down the plastic faster than the sun would 2) same thing if you have a foam board box where your duct work comes together. I read the installation guide and asked around as to how to install it. It looked easy to install. But I got a lot of conflicting info. I ended up getting it installed by the guy doing the yearly inspection for $50. Good decision, he knew what he was doing.
