I received the Coway air purifier to review, so I'll attempt to compare the two. I don't have any basis for measuring performance, so I'll focus on features and aesthetics. The Coway features 3 layers of filters: a washable pre-filter (for dust and hair), a carbon odor filter, and a HEPA filter for tiny particles. That's a good, minimal design for high-quality air filtration. The RabbitAir has all of those plus two more: a "medium" filter between the pre-filter and the HEPA, and a "custom" filter tailored toward whatever type of microparticle you're most worried about.
