So, I bought this filter after a year and a half of unreturned phone calls to my repair guy for furnace filters. I took down the product number for my old filter and I have a Carrier propane furnace with heat pump. I purchased 2 from this seller. When the box arrived, I opened it up and was worried it was wrong because the individual boxes were more square and not flat. BUT, the filter media was thicker as opposed to the thinness of what I had in. I put the new one in and it went into all the slots easier than the old one. It fit! This one also has 2 "ribbons" running the length of the filter to avoid the accordion going everywhere (you who have changed your filter know what I mean!) I will definitely buy again. The great bonus is that one filter from my appliance guy cost $60 a piece. |
