With limited use, this is what I found: -The unit is very quiet, generally, not even noticeable. The fan would not even be noticed near a bed at night. -It is easy to get to the filters for replacing or cleaning. They can be replaced, vacuumed and/or washed. -The scent compartment is easy to open, and contains a felt pad for application of the drops of oil scents. The pads could be easily replaced with some thick cloth or felt pieces. -There is a dim light on the area around the adjustable switch to tell it is running. -The cord is of adequate length to plug into the wall and reach to most areas that it will be placed.
