Could tell the difference in the morning. Air seemed noticeably fresher, less sinus issues breathing easier. Used it in a 10x12 room but would probably work well in bigger rooms since air flow was powerful. Low setting was quiet and med and high were a little noisy. LCD display light turns off after pressing buttons so not to bright. Has all the bells and whistles other units at this price lack within this price range. The negative ionizer, UV light, charcoal & true Hepa filter with indicator of when to change filter is a great combination of features that is hard to find in this price range. Has a nice look.
