They sent me two replacements right away, but they had the same problem. They have big gaps around the edges. The white filter material wasn't glued to the cardboard frame. Very disappointed.

Wished the filling was thicker - using in a smokers home the filter needs to be changed much sooner. However very pleased and will continue to use these.
