| I waited to see if they would be nice and send a replacement before writing this review This UV lamp died after 10 & a half months. I contacted Oransi several times. First time I sent a polite query but got no reply. Second time I contacted them months later, the rep responded and was polite but said these lamps last about a year so anything close to 11 months is close enough to a year. Meaning they won't replace it. To be sure, I waited to see if they would be nice and send a replacement before writing this review. As they never did, here's my review and one star. Forget about a one year warranty on this. I own the Oransi V-HEPA Finn air purifier and it's a decent air cleaner. The UV lamp looks like a hassle to replace anyway, so I let it go and just use the air purifier without the lamp. Save your money. The Oransi air purifier is fine without this lamp. |
