One of the better air filters out there and very durable. It is load on higher settings and the replacement filters are very expensive but you do not have to change them for 3-4 years. So over all they are an ok value.

Problems initially. But works great now! Very unhappy with this product in the beginning because Clear Air the distriutor shipped my unit with dirty prefilter - probably a used unit. I contacted Austin Air and their customer service was excellent and they shipped me a new filter at no cost. We have operated the unit 24/7 for about 2 months. The unit has worked wonders reducing dust and pollens in our home.
