Don't waste your money on an almost $300 air filter the size of a boot box. Go to Lowe's. Otherwise, this is a WONDERFUL filter. I have had mine for six years, it still works great and has greatly improved my severe allergies and asthma. I live in an old house that no matter how much I clean still gets very dusty very quickly; before I bought this air purifier I was using my inhaler several times a day. Now, I use it maybe once a week. In addition, I have an old dog that still has an odor even with biweekly bathing...this filter removes the smell! I highly recommend it. In fact, I am about to purchase three more for my child's room, my den and one for my dining room. I highly recommend this product. Oh, and the filters last a good six months, even in my dusty room.
