Produces good heat and probably designed for a well insulated space since the idea behind this heater is not to blast the place with heat such as a furnace but to produce steady stream of warm air. The controls are simple and user friendly. The heater itself doesn't get hot which is interesting and a safe feature for children, pets and elderly. I guess the real bang comes with the added air purifier and humidifier that comes built in. I never had experience with infra red heaters but this product seem to do the trick well. Engineered in the US but elbowed greased in China probably. I would give it 5 stars but really don't know any other similar product. I guess a larger one of these can put out more heat but this small box puts out a lot for it's size.

Fantastic Heater I bought this heater as an inexpensive way to supplement our furnace, because the furnace is not very efficient, and is expensive to use. We have yet to use the furnace this season, despite sub-zero temperatures!
