I didn't really noticed it when I was handling the filter. But, I definetely notice it now that it's been installed and I've had it in there for a couple weeks. If it's doing the job of clearing the air of dust, which is does seem to be doing... along with the low price... I suppose it is still a value. I just don't like sitting near the air purifier because of the odd smell. |

I held on to the original filter so I could compare with the replacement which is a more generic brand. They are very similar as far as I could see in terms of materials used to construct the filters. In terms of quality, I must say I noticed the improvement in quality of sleep from not using my air purifier (while I waited for the replacement filter to arrive) to when I used it with the newly replaced filter. I'm very pleased with the purchase, which by-the-way was at a fraction of the cost purchased most anywhere else. I'm sure you can find it even cheaper but I'm happy. |
