I can only comment on its use with my cockatiel, who has had a history of allergies (sneezing, red/swollen nare). Cockatiels are very "dusty" birds because they have an extra layer of powdery down below their feathers, and misting them daily really helps. But once we got this Austin Allergy Machine, we have seen a DRAMATIC improvement in his allergy symptoms, to the point where we are seeing NO symptoms! We have had a well-known brand hepa air cleaner in his room since we got him several years ago, but this machine runs circles around that! I do not know how this would work for humans who live with birds and have an allergy to bird dander, can only comment on its value for the bird himself. We do vacuum the prefilter every 2-3 weeks, and it's impressive how much collects in that short time period. I recommend this product highly. |

| Said they could possibly help resolve the problem and that they were nice. YES they are nice I have had my unit for almost 1 month. The unit arrived with 2 dents in the front. The unit ran ok, but you could notice them. The shipping box said if there was a problem to call the company, 9G Health. Said they could possibly help resolve the problem and that they were nice. YES they are nice. They offered either to ship me a new unit or take off some money on the one I had. We opted for a credit toward the damaged unit. They were very prompt. They are a trustworthy company. I do recommend them. It is a very sturdy unit, made well. I run it 24/7 on low during day and medium at night since I like the white noise. Helps drown out any snoring or ringing in my ears. It helps my husband most nights with his snoring and the problems I have had with asthma are lessening. |
