The location requires an 8ft ladder to install it in the ceiling, so we we're not happy customers. We couldn't find this size anywhere, so we were happy to find it through Amazon. But disappointed in the sizing which should be standard.

Class 2. These don't cut it I don't know why, but the manufacturer of these filters made them 1/4-inch too small in width and height. I thought that I had found a VERY affordable alternative to pleated Filtrete air filters, but if such a thing exists, this is not it. The huge gap around the filter allows so much air to pass through my return untiltered, that I might as well be using no filter at all. Note to manufacturer: I would love to see your product made to properly fit a 24x24 return. Yes, caveat emptor, I see that the dimensions are 23.75 x 23.75, but I -- not being a heating and cooling specialist -- assumed this to be appropriate for the 24x24 return in my home. The ones made by Filtrete are, after all.
