When I the machine arrived in the mail I excitedly took it out of the box and there was this metal plate that needed to be added. I looked at the machine and could not figure out exactly where to place this plate. I was completely frustrated and I called their customer service number on the back of the instruction and (no the instructions did not tell you where to insert the plate), so the person that answered the phone told me where to put the plate and it slid right in...
